Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience as a Technologist, Histocompatibility Technologist, Histotechnologist, or Cytotechnologist.
• Florida licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor within three months of hire.
• Experience supervising 30 employees and managing a budget of $2,500,000.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technical operations in the assigned cost center.
• Develop policies and procedures for laboratory services.
• Provide supervision and leadership to staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Manage cost center budget and assign workstation tasks.
