Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator 1 for the Dental Clinic Support Services. This temporary 9-month position supports hands-on learning for undergraduate dental students by preparing materials, equipment, and supplies for pre-clinical labs and simulation labs.

You will work onsite with faculty, supervise students, and assist with inventory control, ordering, cataloging, and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned.
• Substitution: education and/or relevant experience equal to two years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and supplies for laboratory teaching activities.
• Work closely with faculty to ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Supervise students as they complete learning activities.
• Ensure learning activities progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Support staff in ordering, cataloging, and organizing supplies for lab activities.
• Assist with spreadsheet development and workflow improvements.
