Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support Lab and Client Supplies operations on-site in Nashville. You will receive, stock, pull, pack and ship supplies, verify quantities, manage backorders, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety and privacy policies.

Responsibilities include FIFO rotation, labeling, coordinating with vendors, and delivering supplies to lab areas. Prior related experience is preferred; A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One year of prior job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, stock, fill and ship supplies ordered by clients and phlebotomists via fax, email, and inter-departmental mail.
  • Resolve issues via phone/email by contacting clients or phlebotomists.
  • Verify with supervisor outstanding supplies ordered by clients.
  • Keep client/phlebotomy informed of backordered supplies.
  • Receive and stock supplies from all vendors per department protocol.
  • Store supplies in designated department area.
  • Label all containers with receipt date.
  • Check invoices/packing slips for accuracy; route to appropriate personnel.
  • Place labeled containers on appropriate shelving.
  • Rotate stock per department procedures; move new stock to back and old to front.
  • Observe receipt and expiration dates; use oldest stock first (FIFO).
  • Remove and dispose of empty boxes and packing materials.
  • Discard cardboard at end of day.
  • Inventory general lab items daily.
