Job summary

Raytheon’s Systems Integration & Test Environment center in Point Mugu, CA, is seeking a Senior Analyst Support/ Lab Lead to manage environmental test projects and oversee day-to-day lab operations, safety, security and compliance.

You will partner with engineers, technicians and senior leaders to implement processes, controls and cost analyses while safeguarding classified materials and supporting SCM. The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain an interim clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant lab experience.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, technicians, and leadership in an engineering lab environment.
• Mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills relevant to lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) and provide direction to lab users.
• Coordinate Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainment programs.
• Oversee Property & Metrology Management for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct cost analyses and ensure work stays within budget.
• Provide process support to Supply Chain Management.
