Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a senior QA/QC leader responsible for coordinating strategies and ensuring strong quality systems across lab operations.

You will direct implementation tactics, harmonize laboratory processes, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Technical and Quality leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
• 8-10 years of Pharmaceutical/OTC and/or Cosmetic experience.
• Knowledge of FDA Regulations, specifically 21 CFR 210 and 211.
• Experience in QMS related to inventory release/control/MRP/DRP systems, SAP is required.
• Prior supervision/management of professionals in a QA or QC Lab.
• Strong influencing and demonstrated teamwork experience.
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
