Job summary

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast in Concord, NH is hiring full-time Couriers to pick up and deliver water, soil, and air samples to the laboratory, maintaining hold times and turnaround goals. You will prepare bottle orders, sign in at the lab, and ensure sample integrity throughout transport.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• A valid state issued driver’s license is required as an employee with driving responsibilities. Clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professional working proficiency in English, reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as outlined in the Couriers' SOP.
• Pick up and deliver samples, bottle orders and report to the laboratory.
• Verify Chain of Custody and sample integrity; ensure samples are not damaged.
• Transport samples on ice between client sites and the lab; between our lab and sub‑contracted labs.
• Maintain the courier log book with arrival and departure times for pickups/deliveries.
• Restock supplies; maintain vehicle readiness and records of driving miles.
• On-site sampling events as needed; dispose of samples per EPA/EHS guidelines.
