Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology seeks a reliable courier/driver to transport specimens, mail, supplies, and equipment to designated facilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00a–2:30p, with pay range of $20–$23 per hour.

You will communicate with phlebotomists, nurses, and customers, perform data entry, and ensure proper specimen handling while following safety and PHI policies. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with medical staff and customers.
• Previous courier or driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe vehicle operation and basic maintenance.
• Familiarity with patient confidentiality and PHI policies.

Responsabilités

• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport specimens, mail, supplies, and equipment to designated facilities.
• Maintain courteous communication with phlebotomists, nurses, and customers.
• Multi-task with scanning, data entry and related duties as needed.
• Deliver to departments, facilities, drop-sites, offices, or individuals.
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens and PHI compliance.
• Identify and report equipment or supply issues; cooperate with dispatch and departments.
