Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or related field with relevant experience.
- Experience with laboratory automation, analytical workflows, or automated instruments preferred.
- Understanding of sample identity, labware, and data capture is required.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and test liquid handlers, plate readers, sealers, washers, and incubators.
- Assist with automated methods for protein discovery, analytical, molecular, NGS, and screening workflows.
- Set up samples, reagents, labware, consumables, and run documentation before automation runs.
- Participate in user acceptance tests, demonstrations, and handover activities with observations.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting of barcode failures, consumable depletion, and run interruptions.
