Job summary

Hygiena LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Laboratory Associate II to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on reagent solution manufacturing, filling support, and rigorous QC in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities include preparation of solutions, aseptic handling, documentation, and collaboration with R&D, engineering, and production to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. 4:00 AM–6:00 PM shifts available; PPE required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years' lab/manufacturing experience with cGMP and aseptic technique preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat required.

Responsibilities

• Reagent solution manufacturing and preparation following batch records, SOPs and specs.
• Provide filling support and operate with line readiness and material transfer.
• Maintain GMP-compliant lab, verify sterilization cycles and calibration status.
• Collect and test in-process samples for QC parameters and support root cause investigations.
• Participate in process improvements and vendor qualification; mentor new staff.
