Natera is seeking a Lab Associate to support R&D labs by procuring and organizing reagents and materials, maintaining inventory, and fulfilling researchers’ requests. The role emphasizes EHS/GLP compliance and safe handling of waste.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lab Associate plays a crucial role in supporting Research and Development laboratories. Their responsibilities include procuring, receiving, and organizing reagents and materials, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of laboratory consumables. This position also involves fulfilling diverse requests from research personnel related to lab procedures and proactively addressing potential laboratory needs.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
