Previous experience with Good Lab Practice.**Education**\\* Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. Graduation from Phlebotomist Tech training program.\\* Preferred: Completion of some college level courses.**Specialized Skills**\\* Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Be a team player; ability to operate lab equipment and proficient in human venipuncture techniques. Excellent analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking judgment, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations. Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area.**Licensure**\\* Required: Certified Phlebotomist Tech 1**Work Environments - Functional Demand:**Sedentary - Very light energy level Lift 10 lbs. box overhead.
