Previous experience with Good Lab Practice.**Education**\\* Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. Graduation from Phlebotomist Tech training program.\\* Preferred: Completion of some college level courses.**Specialized Skills**\\* Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
