Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months specimen processing experience preferred.
• 3+ months medical or laboratory experience preferred.
• Comfort with handling biological specimens.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis

• Replenish test bench supplies as needed

Labcorp is seeking a Lab Assistant to join our team in Dublin, OH.

Work Schedule

Tues - Sat 1am-9:30am with rotating Sundays/Mondays/Holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens

Minimum Qualifications

• Pay Range: $17.75 - $22.00 + Shift Differential

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. For more detailed information.
