Job summary

HealthTrackRx Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our Louisville laboratory team. You will ensure data accuracy for patient samples and support our fast-paced operations that help physicians diagnose infections faster.

The role focuses on precise data entry into the LIMS, HIPAA and CLIA compliance, and maintaining high-quality records while supporting ongoing lab processes and quality goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review patient sample information for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process patient sample information and physician test orders into LIMS accurately.
• Verify all required HIPAA/CAP/CLIA information on orders.
• Identify missing information and follow proper procedures.
• Digitize requisitions for electronic medical records.
• Maintain an error rate below 0.10% and strive for zero errors monthly.
