Description

At Rocket Farm Restaurants, the core philosophy that defines our culture is “We serve the person who is serving the guest.” Our culture is not something we act out on the floor of the restaurant. It starts with how we treat and serve one another in the kitchen – with dignity, respect, and care. We believe there should be no difference in how we treat and serve one another in the kitchen and how we treat and serve our guests in the dining room. We hope you agree and will consider joining us!

La Lucha offers a high-energy, funky dining experience alongside Star Rover, with a unique and indulgent menu inspired by chef Ford Fry’s childhood memories of over-the-top dining at the San Jacinto Inn. Together, the two concepts bring bold food, great drinks, and plenty of Texas personality under one roof.

La Lucha and Star Rover are looking for a high energy Server to join our growing team!

The Server acts as an ambassador for La Lucha to tell its unique and nostalgic story, as well as guide guests through the menu while explaining the history behind the new restaurant. He/she prides him/herself on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. The ideal candidate will work calmly under pressure, anticipating guests’ needs and proactively taking cues from guests’ demeanors to gauge their level of satisfaction. 2+ years’ dining experience is preferred. Apply today and become part of a dynamic, innovative, and heartfelt group of unique individuals!

Competitive pay - $2.13 to $8.00/hr. + tips - based on experience and ability.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive:
