The Server acts as an ambassador for La Lucha to tell its unique and nostalgic story, as well as guide guests through the menu while explaining the history behind the new restaurant. He/she prides him/herself on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. The ideal candidate will work calmly under pressure, anticipating guests’ needs and proactively taking cues from guests’ demeanours to gauge their level of satisfaction. 2+ years’ dining experience is preferred.
