Job summary

Workato in Los Angeles is seeking an Information Security Analyst to help protect the integrity of our information systems and data. You will collaborate with the IT team to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust security controls.

You will conduct audits, monitor networks, respond to incidents, and stay current with industry threats and best practices. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS, and cybersecurity tools.
• Experience with Nessus or Qualys vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company data.
• Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access.
