Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Solid knowledge of Orange County.
• A registered, insured, and inspected car, SUV or van less than 10 years old.
• A current driving license and a clean driving record.
• Tech savvy – you’re comfortable using a smartphone and apps.
