Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major with minimum 2 years relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of internal control concepts, GAAP, and risk-based auditing.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maneuver large data sets and generate clear reports with flowcharts/diagrams.
• Travel about 30% annually; bilingual Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial audits to assess risks and controls.
• Develop audit scope, plan, and data analytics for performance testing.
• Lead audit execution strategy and interview data analysis.
• Prepare audit reports with root cause analysis and actionable solutions.
• Monitor remediation and follow up on implementation with management.
• Provide training and share reports in English and Korean.
• Collaborate with Director on audit planning and stakeholder communications.
