Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a senior software professional to architect, develop, and implement validation frameworks and benchmarking systems to rigorously evaluate model code quality, correctness, efficiency, and security. You will drive code quality across human and AI-generated code, and act as a technical leader for code-evaluation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• 7+ years of proven, hands-on software development experience, with a significant portion in Test Engineering, Software Engineering in Test (SET), or building complex validation systems.

• Build Validation Frameworks: Architect, develop, and implement test harnesses, automated test suites, and benchmarking systems to rigorously evaluate quality, correctness, efficiency, and security of code responses from our models.
• Drive Code Quality: Analyze and improve quality of both human-written and AI-generated code and define metrics that matter.
• Technical Leadership: Act as tech lead for code evaluation initiatives, set direction, mentor engineers, and ensure robust, scalable systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with research scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to drive continuous improvement in code-generating models.
