This position requires constant monitoring of the batter system. It requires the ability to operate and troubleshoot the batter and condiment equipment.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or experience in sanitation or processing operator job. Any food processing experience is a plus.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write accurate information on simple forms in English. Ability to effectively present or listen to information in one-on‑one and small group situations with all other employees of the organization in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Good decision‑making and troubleshooting are necessary.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The working conditions will be hot, humid, dusty, noisy, wet, and you'll have to deal with vibration. You must have the ability to walk up and down stairs and on a concrete floor throughout the day. The ability to stand and walk is a must due to the constant monitoring of the equipment in use. Ascending/descending stairs is also crucial, especially at break times.
