Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery for night shifts on a full-time basis. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment, reflecting our focus on stable, compassionate patient care.

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process across neonatal to adult populations, adhering to safety, HIPAA, and clinical standards within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice; BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP and Handle with Care preferred.
• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process per standards and scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to neonatal to adult patients using the nursing process.
• Reports to the Director or Manager of the Department.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Supports on-call and rotating weekend shifts as part of the schedule.
