Baptist Medical Center East in Alabama is seeking a dedicated L&D Registered Nurse for full-time day shift. The RN will supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, ensuring quality patient care and continuity.

Collaboration with physicians and other clinicians is essential for effective care planning and execution. The role requires nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc may be required depending upon area assigned.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
