Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a KYC Review Analyst to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence for commercial loan borrowers and prospects, ensuring compliance with BSA and Patriot Act. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely investigations, and clear documentation across new and existing client relationships.

The analyst will review KYC completeness, resolve missing information, and provide recommendations during onboarding and periodic client reviews, working with line units as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Banking Services, branch operations, risk management or related function.
• 2 years’ experience in BSA/AML.
• 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for commercial loan borrowers and prospect reviews.
• Investigate, research and prepare documentation/summaries consistent with investigation resolutions.
• Review and clearance of potential negative news alerts during onboarding and periodic client reviews.
