Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a Westinghouse subsidiary, seeks a KYC Analyst based in Juno Beach, FL for a five-month contract. You will support the annual Know Your Customer verification process for an energy trading firm, collecting, validating, and documenting customer and counterparty information according to internal policies and risk-based due diligence standards.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Credit, Trading Operations, Legal/Compliance and Risk to ensure timely reviews, audit-ready

Qualifications

3+ years in KYC/AML operations or related fields.
Experience with customer onboarding and periodic reviews.
Familiarity with screening platforms and KYC tools.

Responsibilities

Help with annual KYC refresh / periodic review activities for customers, counterparties, and vendors.
Request, collect, and review KYC documentation (corporate formation, ownership, tax forms, signers).
Perform customer identity and entity verification, including sanctions and watchlists screening.
Validate beneficial ownership and key principals; escalate high-risk findings.
Maintain accurate KYC profiles in CRM/KYC systems and ensure audit-readiness.
Track case status and support reporting for completion metrics and renewals.
Apply risk-based procedures to classify counterparties and recommend next steps.
Support audit requests by retrieving evidence and summarizing decisions.
Contribute to process improvements and templates for verification cycles.
Collaborate with front office to resolve exceptions and keep onboarding timelines.
