Job summary

Absolute Interpreting and Translations Ltd is seeking fluent Kurdish interpreters to join our growing UK network. Roles include face-to-face, telephone, and video remote interpreting for NHS Trusts, local councils, law firms, insurance companies, and private clients across the UK.

We welcome applicants with community interpreting qualifications such as DPSI, NRPSI registration, or relevant field experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Kurdish or another language.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply).
• Professional references.
• Proof of ID and address.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation across NHS hospitals, GP practices, and social services.
• Assist in school settings, courts, and housing departments as needed.
• Deliver face-to-face, telephone, and video remote interpreting services.
• Support clients in private sector consultations and meetings.
