Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and sustain a mission-focused enterprise web application in a containerized Kubernetes Linux environment. You will collaborate with Product Owners and System Engineers to deliver robust software solutions.

The role requires 2+ years as a software engineer, TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance, and experience with Python, Bash, Docker, REST, and CI/CD (GitLab). Telework available up to 8 hours per week.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or has 2 additional years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a software engineer in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and System Engineers to design, develop, test, and sustain a mission-focused enterprise web application.
• Troubleshoot and maintain containerized services in a Kubernetes Linux environment.
