The Education Department at Keene State College is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct faculty position in Elementary Education, for the 2026-27 academic year. This is a part-time position.We seek applicants who can teach the following foundational courses in the program:EDUC 321 Elementary Methods: Literacy and Social Studies - Integration of theoretical and practical approaches to literacy and social studies instruction in grades K-6. Application of curriculum development (lesson planning and cross-curricular integration), structured literacy instruction and assessment, children's literature, pedagogical practices, and arts integration through extended clinical experiences.The Education Department at Keene State College is in the ongoing process of enhancing the curriculum in our program to better prepare our future educators for today’s diverse classrooms. The department utilizes assessments, feedback from the field, and our collective expertise to continually improve and evolve the education program. The Education Department includes both undergraduate and graduate programs in the preparation of teachers.
