• Resolve guest concerns professionally and coach team members on service excellence.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met through direct supervision.
• Support restaurant marketing initiatives, promotions, and sales-driving programs.
• Ensure operational procedures are followed to maximize speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Execute cash handling, security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures during shifts.
• Identify operational gaps and take corrective action to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operating systems.

Role Type: Full-time

Working Hours: This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekly hours will vary depending on business needs.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while training, coaching, and recognizing team members

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

Education And Experience:

An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Working Environment And Physical Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Maintains Food Handlers and Food Safety Certification as required by Refuel.
• Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
• Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.
• Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.

Travel:

Must be able to travel up to 10%
