The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Greenville seeks an experienced executive to lead operations, safety, and program delivery. The role directs staff, budgeting, and facility management, ensuring mission alignment and financial performance.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, reporting to the Advisory Board, and collaboration with development, administration, and department heads. Strong leadership and extensive nonprofit experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BA degree in public administration or related field.
• Ten years’ experience in a significant national non-profit educational, religious, recreational, athletic or entertainment facility.
• Minimum of five years prior experience managing multiple disciplined professional staff and directing overall operations.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
