Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a self-driven, analytical, and influential professional to join the Reverse Logistics team as a Reverse Logistics Field Specialist. This role leads the returns program, drives KPI improvements, and trains RDC teams to execute best practices across the regional distribution center network.

Travel up to 25% is required to engage centers, carriers, and customers, with a focus on reducing damages, improving recovery, and lowering costs while enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain role or function.
• Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• EMS Green Gear Certification (or equivalent), preferred.
• Strong analytical rigor, including advanced root cause analysis, KPI development, dashboard interpretation, and the ability to translate trends into actionable insights.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and analyze Reverse Logistics KPIs, identify trends, quantify impact, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage travel schedules and conduct regular visits to regional distribution centers (RDCs), customer locations, and other sites for routine audits or follow-up on damage or return issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional distribution centers and cross-functional business partners.
• Serve as an escalation point for operational, quality, compliance, customer and system-related issues for the RDCs.
• Partner with RDCs to develop and execute damage reduction, inventory optimization, and scrap reduction initiatives.
• Review operational dashboards and audit findings to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
