Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with Kotlin, Java, React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
• Strong React/Redux/TypeScript with responsive design and frontend performance.
• Backend services and event-driven systems with Kafka.
• REST APIs and real-time integrations via WebSocket.
• Distributed, highly available, secure systems design knowledge.
• Production support, monitoring, and performance tuning experience.
• Automated testing, code quality, and design reviews experience.
• Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment experience.
• Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions with Kotlin, Java, React, TypeScript and microservices.
• Build frontend applications for trading and operational workflows.
• Develop backend services and event-driven systems using Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
• Create responsive, accessible UIs with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Develop secure REST APIs and real-time integrations via WebSocket.
• Contribute to stability, performance monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Participate in design reviews, automated testing, and code-quality initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Support CI/CD automation and cloud-native deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with business users, UX, architects, and platform teams to deliver solutions.
