Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Back End Developer to design, develop, implement, and support the back end of Kotlin/Java-based web applications in a fast-paced agile environment. The role emphasizes high performance, multithreaded architecture and collaboration with latest frameworks and tools.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in API design, data structures, caching, and design patterns, with Java 11+ and Kotlin expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Solid understanding of API design, data structures, caching, design patterns, and multithreaded, high-performance architecture.
Comfortable working in a casual but fast-paced agile environment.
Java 11+ and Kotlin (coroutine expertise required for senior-level candidates).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support the back end of complex, scalable, secure Kotlin/Java-based web applications.
Build using the latest frameworks, languages, and tools.
Apply solid understanding of API design, data structures, caching, and design patterns.
Contribute to multithreaded, high-performance architecture.
Collaborate within a casual, fast-paced agile team.
