Job summary

Sushi Tokyo in Brooklyn is hiring a Mashgiach who will also operate the cash register for the Thursday and Sunday evening shifts from 5pm to 1am.

The role requires being Jewish and observing Shabbat, and candidates must speak fluent English. The position offers $25+ per hour plus free food.

Qualifications

• Must be Jewish and observe Shabbat.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Regular weekly shifts: 2 days/week (Thu 5pm–1am, Sun 5pm–1am).

Responsibilities

• Perform mashgiach duties and operate the cash register.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and service during shifts.
• Assist customers and maintain shift schedule on Thursdays and Sundays.
