• Know products in the department and respond to questions with product suggestions.
• Prepare department items per customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of department specials.
• Recommend department items to ensure customers get desired products.
• Ensure department merchandise is labeled, stocked, and inventory is accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department and comply with health and safety regulations.
