Productive Playhouse in Orlando, FL is hiring a Korean Transcriber for a project-based role, onsite. Expect 8–40 hours per week with a pay rate of $19.00 USD per hour and flexible scheduling. The role requires fluent Korean reading, writing, and typing, along with strong listening, grammar, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; linguistics/transcription training a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• Must be able to pass a language assessment in Korean.
• Reliable transportation to on-site facilities as required.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM in Korean (ko_kr) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio/video accurately following project guidelines and formatting.
• Adhere to client-specific Written Domain Conventions and clean room policies.
• Maintain knowledge of client conventions and guidelines; reference training materials as needed.
• Review and proofread transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
• Report technical issues promptly and suggest process improvements.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to privacy guidelines.
• Participate in other projects and tasks as assigned.
