Right at Home Collin & Denton County is hiring a Korean-speaking caregiver trainee to support our senior clients. If you are fluent in Korean and eager to learn, you’ll receive hands-on training and become a valued member of our compassionate team.

No healthcare background is required; willingness to learn, reliability, and a valid work authorization in the U.S. matter. We offer paid training, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean (verbal communication required).
• Compassionate and patient, especially with older adults.
• Experienced caring for elderly family members (preferred but not required).
• Willing to undergo caregiver training provided by Right at Home.
• Dependable and responsible, with reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support).
• Companionship and conversation (especially in Korean).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Occasional errands or transportation (if applicable).
