Agency is seeking a Korean Language Specialist – AI Trainer to help shape tomorrow's language models. You will focus on Korean grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics to test and improve model understanding.

You’ll challenge advanced models on honorifics, sentence structure, verb conjugation, word order, dialects, idioms, and script variations, recording every failure to strengthen reasoning and evaluation methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Korean language, linguistics, or closely related field ideal.
• Publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis signal fit.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios and verify linguistic accuracy.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failures to improve model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
