Job summary

Kraken is seeking a proactive Growth/Partnerships lead to build and scale a KOL network across NL/DE markets for Kraken Pro. You will drive user acquisition through creator partnerships and manage relationships end-to-end with regional creators.

You will operate in a fast-paced crypto environment, owning regional strategy, negotiating deals, and collaborating with growth, marketing, and compliance teams to adapt a proven playbook across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building influencer networks in NL and/or DE.
• Native or fluent Dutch and/or German.
• Experience acquiring trading users at scale with a CAC focus.
• Hands-on, get-shit-done approach; solves problems on the ground.
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a KOL/creator network in the Netherlands, Germany and other countries for Kraken Pro from the ground up.
• Drive new trading user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships across both markets.
• Own end-to-end relationship management with local KOLs, from sourcing to activation.
• Represent Kraken Pro's derivatives suite — perpetual futures, prop trading, margin — to top regional creators.
• Fix on-the-ground execution issues that block program performance and iterate fast.
• Set and own regional KOL acquisition targets and CAC efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance teams.
• Benchmark and adapt a proven KOL playbook.
