New Bath Today is the exclusive Kohler Bath Remodel dealer for Ohio and neighboring states, offering an in-home sales opportunity with strong commission potential and a performance-based pay plan.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will demonstrate our products, complete financing paperwork, and collaborate with our Admin and Operations teams to ensure successful project completion. Preassigned leads support your earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

• Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2-hour radius from your home.

• Enjoy working as an independent contractor to maximize your earning potential.
• The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.
• Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
• The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule

• We’ll provide you with preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Ability to run weekend appointments when desired and they’re available!
• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots: 10:00am, 2:00pm, 6:00pm, with Saturday running 10am and 2pm appointments.
• Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 500-1000 miles a week and up to 3 hours from your home base.
