NEW BATH TODAY is seeking professional independent contractors to install KOHLER bath and tub products. Work is done in two-man crews, with a steady volume of jobs and weekly pay after completion.

Installers must have carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience, own vehicle, and LLC or be formed, with liability and workers' comp insurance. Training is provided, and warehouse pickups occur weekly in Columbus, OH. We offer a path to steady workload and growth within a growing organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Description

NEW BATH TODAY is looking for professional independent contractors capable of bathroom installations primarily focused on bath and tub installs. Typically not performing full bathroom remodels, we are the bath and tub experts, and that is our area of focus. If you are a capable independent contractor that doesn't want to chase down your own leads or struggle to keep consistent work, let us do that for you!

Our model consists of two-man crews per job. Several of our independent contractors may run multiple teams depending on their own operation. The typical earnings and process is outlined below per team. Our teams love working with our company and we have plenty of opportunities for those looking for a consistent and steady workload, without feeling like you are always on the hustle and grind.

Our warehouse is currently located in Columbus, OH so comfortability with driving is a must. Most crews make a warehouse run to pick up their materials once a week. If you have a larger enclosed trailer, you may be able to pick up two weeks of jobs, and only come into the warehouse twice a month.

Average earnings per crew: $3,800 - $4,200 per week.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the professional installation of our KOHLER NEW BATH TODAY products using industry “best practices” and in adherence with company installation guidelines and established time guidelines.

An Installer must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place in order to perform their job function.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate product at installations.
• Install structures or fixtures, such as Walk-in Baths, Showers, Tubs, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Pedestal Vanities, Trim or Hardware, etc., while using carpenters' hand or power tools.
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment, following company procedures, policies and ethics.
• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace; using hand tools as needed.
• Clean and haul away debris from all job sites. Maintain clean environment of job site, including vehicles and trailers; project tear off as needed.
• Collect payment on all jobs upon completion.
