Responsibilities

• Implements policies and procedures for incident identification, documentation, distribution, and correction.
• Ensures maximum issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Directs staff activities to improve support practices and resolution times.
• Drives product supportability and coordinates activities with internal functions.
• Maintains customer databases.
