Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, MN is seeking a dependable full-time Kitting Packager on our 1st shift to help us to receive orders and assemble kits with the correct components. Are you a team player with a positive, can-do attitude? Are you self-motivated and goal-oriented?

Qualifications

• Previous distribution center or warehouse experience (nice to have).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and assembling kits.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable and cooperative work style with adherence to safety and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits by locating, processing, and packaging customer parts while maintaining quality standards.
• Operate packing/shrink/Bag equipment and handle related transactions and routing.
• Ensure correct components are used and complete required traveler/tickets.
• Support overall warehouse operations and strive to exceed dealer and customer expectations.
