Art of Drawers is seeking a part-time Design Sales Consultant to work directly with homeowners in Central Jersey. You will help clients rethink how their kitchens and cabinets function with custom pull-out drawers and smart storage solutions, creating more space and easier daily use.

You will meet homeowners in their homes, build relationships, and drive sales through referrals and repeat business. The role offers a flexible schedule, commissions, and monthly bonuses, with training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Excellent communicators who build rapport quickly with homeowners.

• Strong business development skills with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes and understand what is frustrating them about their current space.
• Recommend solutions that make their kitchens, pantries, and cabinets easier to use every day.
• Build relationships with clients and follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay in touch with past clients and grow your business through referrals and relationships.
• Coordinate with our team and manage your appointments and client communications.
