Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Aide to join our Minnesota team. You will assist with preparing, serving, and cleaning in a K-12 lunch program, helping to ensure meals are served safely and efficiently.

This role rewards reliability, punctuality, and teamwork, with a regular Monday through Friday schedule and opportunities to contribute to a positive dining experience for students. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a chance to be part of a family-owned, chef-driven food

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred; customer service experience desired.
• Ability to do simple arithmetic.
• Ability to make correct change and use a basic computation device.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates integrity and respects confidentiality.
• Dependable, punctual.
• An independent self-starter able to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
