Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and co-workers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
