Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures due to exposure to chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, coworkers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
