Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining dishwashing stations, reporting issues, and performing light custodial tasks while showing a positive, service-oriented attitude. This role supports overall operations and may require shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment and utensils.
• Keep the dishwashing station and related areas clean.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and staff.
