Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Utility Worker in Goshen, IN to support kitchen operations and daily dishwashing duties. The role includes washing dishes, maintaining clean work areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with food prep under the Chef Manager.

The position runs 11:00am–7:30pm with weekly direct-deposit pay and a focus on customer service and teamwork within a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to follow hygiene and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Receive products from vendors and organize stock.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
