Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils; keep them cleaned and sanitized
• Keep the dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean and organized
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Follow Aramark safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation
• Protect company assets and ensure security
