Eurest at Irvine, CA is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility to maintain kitchen areas and keep equipment clean. Location: 39050 - 111 Peters Canyon Road, Irvine, CA 92606. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm. Requires at least 3 years of experience.

Fixed pay rate: $21.00 per hour. Applications accepted ongoing until filled. Benefits listed include retirement plans and health programs. This role supports sanitation and safety standards across food prep areas and front-of-house

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in food service.
• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
